Therefore, Crosstrain.Zone helps you save time by sharing the results of hundreds of hours of our own research and hard work, and by presenting only the most relevant information back to you. Whether you are an athlete, crossfitter or bodybuilder, we hope you benefit from our content.

In a nutshell, Crosstrain.zone presents the best of the web in terms of CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Weight lifting, Bodybuilding and Cardio workouts. We basically bring you the finest videos and workout tips so you’re able to reach your full potential.

We help you become your own Strength Sensei (so to speak) and working out the best way there is: The Safe Way! And focusing on the type of gym workout or crossfit wod that you need.

There are tens of thousands of gyms out there, and although the personalized approach of a good CrossFit coach of personal trainer can’t be replicated, we believe it is also a good thing to do some research on your own.

To be working out safely, you need to know the basics and focus on technique first.

Once you know the theory of training, you’ll be able to practice and keep a close eye on your programming, work on your strengths and weaknesses, visualize your development, value the quality of coaching you receive, maximize your gains and reduce the risk for injuries.

The Database

Our database is specifically filled with technically sound videos and theories about Crossfit (CrossFit, cross fit, cross fitness or cross training, however you want to name it), Powerlifting (including Strength programs), Olympic Weight lifting, Bodybuilding (including Muscle hypertrophy workouts) and Cardio workout. Along with all of that, we generated our Musculoskeleton section that includes various muscle groups exercises and joint mobility training videos.

The Movements: Deadlift, Squat, Pull ups, Clean and Jerk, Chin up, Push up, Running, Swimming, etc.

The Musculoskeleton: Calf, Chest, Forearm, Glutes, Hamstrings, Back (Lats, Traps, Lumbar muscles), Quadriceps, Joint mobility (Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Wrists, Ankles)

Focusing on the most efficient technique possible is the best way to prevent any setbacks or injuries. And for that to happen, you need good coaching, proper motivation and time to train and research. Here at Crosstrain.Zone, we’re all about that and are willing to give you free access to our video database, listing of articles, training programs and much more so you can learn the movements and build strength and muscle with the proper form.
