Bodyweight Exercises


Bodyweight exercises require only minimal equipment (or no equipment at all) but can still increase strength-endurance significantly using your own weight to provide resistance throughout the movements. Focusing on full range of motion and increasing the intensity by changing the leverage through body positioning (or adding weighted vests or belts).

They are great exercises to include in your routine, at home or on the road, whether you have access to equipment or not.
