Endurance Sports


There are positive health benefits in endurance training, to improve general fitness or burning more calories. It is therefore a great way to stay lean and durable through the execution of a repetitive technique (see exercises below) that allows the energy output of the body to match the task at hand. Hydration, nutrition and mobility work often come as a package in the process

Note that the high repetitiveness of the exercises imply that your technique needs to be exactly right and consistent for every rep, using the least amount of energy for optimal results (Common methods of training include periodization and high intensity interval training).
